B S Srinivasa

Mr B S Srinivasa is a Science Graduate from the University of Mysore, Diploma in Personnel Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from NIPM. Undergone extensive training in XLRI, Jameshedpur, ASCI, Hyderabad and other renowned institutions.

EXPERIENCE :Has put up 38 years of experience in HR and IR .An HR Genreralist. Worked in big industrial groups viz.RPG Cables, Kirloskar Industries Ltd., Rane (Madras) Ltd., Calypso Foods Ltd., Software Paradigm (I) Ltd., and recently retired from JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. as Chief General Manager - HR & IR. Later on worked as Sr. Vice President - Operations for one year in Silver Spirit Global Investment Company , MNC and now took a break due to personal reasons.

Mr B S Srinivasa has implemented various HR Initiatives particularly in OD interventions, Performance Management system, Talent Management and Acquisition, Succession Planning, ESS, Training & Development, competency mapping, Recruitments, etc.

Mr B S Srinivasa has designed and conducted training programmes in the fields of Leadership and Team Building, Communication Skills, Best HR Practices, Total Employee Involvement, 5S Housekeeping, and TPM etc.,

Mr Srinivasa negotiated with various unions on wage and bonus settlements and introduced new practices in the wage agreement like Production Performance Incentive Scheme including quality parameters, employee engagement, Multiskilling, Rewards .etc

Dessigned VRS Scheme for management Staff and workmen.

He is a Core Team Member of TPM/TQM. Involved in getting Deming award for the company and Also TPM award from JIPM, Japan

He has written articles on HR in various magazines.

He is a Hon. Visiting faculty in various business schools.

Attended training programmes in business schools like XLRI, Jamshedpur, IIM, Bangalore, Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad

He is a certified Internal Auditor for EMS 14001 and OSHAS.
